Placing an order
Placing an order through our website is not a legally binding agreement. Accordingly, biomee ApS has the option of cancelling your order due to printing errors, technical problems, failure in delivery and similar situations. We will not send you a binding order confirmation/invoice until we have sent the goods that you have ordered.
Once you have placed an order via our website, our system will automatically send you an email stating which items you have ordered. This is only an electronic receipt for receipt of your order. You should be aware that the automatic reply (via email) is not a legally binding order confirmation, whereby an agreement has been entered into. The agreement is not binding until you have received an email from biomee ApS, informing you that we have sent the item.
At biomee ApS, we make reservations for any errors in our stated prices. Furthermore, we reserve the right to change prices without prior consent. Reservations are also made for sold-out items or items being discontinued.
On biomee.com, you can pay with VISA, Mastercard, American Express and Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payment will not be deducted from your account until the item is shipped. All amounts are in US dollars (USD) and incl. tax.
Most orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of purchase, depending on product availability. Any orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed and shipped the next available business day. Once your order has been processed, transit time is anywhere between 1 and 4 business days, depending on your shipping address. We deliver to the entire United States. Items will be delivered to the delivery address specified when ordering, unless otherwise agreed. Your items will be sent with USPS or UPS.
We will gladly accept returns or exchanges for any biomee™ product purchased on biomee.com and will issue a full refund upon receiving your items within 30 days of the PURCHASE date.

If you are not satisfied with your biomee™ product, please return in the original packaging and with the return label provided for a refund of the product.
If your product has arrived damaged or the incorrect product was sent, please request a return at ‘My Account’ on biomee.com or email customer service at [email protected] to receive a shipping label by email.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase and want to return it, contact our customer service department at [email protected] and directions will be provided.
When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damages that may have occurred during shipment.
If you received a damaged product, please retain the box, packaging and all contents and contact us immediately at [email protected] for assistance.
