General information
The giveaway is held on biomee™’s Facebook (@biomeeus) and Instagram page (biomeeus).
The giveaway runs from May 16th, 10:00 AM GMT-5, to May 31st, 10:00 AM GMT-5, 2022, where 3 winners will be selected and contacted. Participation outside this period will not be counted and included in the giveaway.
The giveaway is not endorsed, sponsored, or administrated by Facebook or Instagram.
Terms and conditions for participation
To enter the giveaway, you must sign up for our newsletter via one of the specified giveaway options. Participation without registration for the newsletter, for example via the comment field on Facebook or Instagram, is not valid and will not count towards the giveaway.
Besides this, the following terms and conditions apply:
- You may only enter the contest once.
- You are allowed to “share” and “like” the giveaway, but this is not a requirement to enter the giveaway.
- A purchase is not necessary to enter the giveaway, and it will not enhance the chances of winning.
- Employees of biomee ApS, MC2 Therapeutics and their relatives may not participate in the giveaway. The same applies to biomee ApS and MC2 Therapeutics’ partners and relatives.
- You must be at least 18 years old to participate in the giveaway.
- The giveaway is only open to legal residents of the US and is void where prohibited by law.
- biomee™ reserves the rights to delete inappropriate entries or entries that violate the giveaway terms and conditions.
- Participants attempting to manipulate the giveaway will be disqualified.
- biomee™ does not take responsibility for incorrect or late entries, or for any comments that have been hidden by Facebook or Instagram due to spam or similar reasons.
Prize
The prize consists of 2 x biomee™ Dry Skin. 3 winners will be found.
Each prize has a value of $39.90
The prize is personal and cannot be replaced with cash or other alternatives. Prizes are subject to availability, and biomee™ reserves the right to substitute the prize for equivalent or greater monetary value, if deemed necessary for reasons beyond its control.
Prizes will be dispatched to the winner via direct mail and/or parcel services. biomee™ is not liable for any prizes which are lost, delayed, or damaged in the post for reasons beyond our reasonable control.
Winner
On June 7th, 2022, the winners will be picked at random from all completed newsletter sign ups from Facebook and Instagram in the participation period. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
biomee™ is not obliged to justify the selection of the winner, and the selection of the winner cannot be appealed.
The winners will be notified by the e-mail which has been used to sign up for the newsletter and participate in the giveaway. Should a prize winner’s contact details change, it is their responsibility to notify biomee™.
The winners will be asked to provide personal data via e-mail, such as full name, address, and phone number. This information will be used solely in the interest of this giveaway and will not be made public. However, biomee™ can continue to send newsletters to the winner via the e-mail which the person has given consent to receive newsletters via as part of the giveaway.
If the winner does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, biomee™ reserves the right to disqualify the winner (thereby withdrawing the prize) and pick a replacement winner.
Information about the processing of personal information/ data
biomee™ processes all personal data, provided in relation to the participation in the giveaway, in accordance with applicable law.
By signing up to our newsletter, and thereby entering the giveaway, you accept to receive news from us up until the end of the giveaway, and thereby after. If you change your mind, you can unsubscribe at any time. Entry into the giveaway will also be deemed as acceptance of our Privacy Policy. For more details, refer to www.biomee.com/privacy-policy
biomee™ reserves the right to amend or alter these terms at any time. Giveaways may be modified or withdrawn at any time.
